We are a small business operating in the Walsall area of the West Midlands, incorporating, Pelsall, Aldridge, Brownhills, Cannock and surrounding local areas. We have operated from our present location in Pelsall since 1985.

What do we do?

We sell and service domestic appliances, which mainly includes, washing machines, tumble dryers, and electric cookers.( Built-in or free standing ). Most leading brands are dealt with, including Bosch, Hotpoint / Creda, Zanussi, Tricity Bendix, Indesit, electra, Hoover, and Electrolux. (please still get in touch if you appliance isn`t listed).
We also undertake repairs to some models of dishwashers, fridges, fridge freezers, etc, but it would be misleading to suggest we do them all! All of our repairs carry a 12 months parts and labour written guarantee and are priced on a per call basis, not on time duration.You therefore know what you are paying ,up front, before work is carried out.

Do you have a call out charge?

No. Not on accepted quotes. Charges only apply if we do not carry out a repair, for example, if the appliance was found to be too old, or to repair it would be un-economical. We then charge between £20-00 and £25-00, (within 10 mile radius), depending on exactly where you live, and how long it takes to trace a fault on the appliance. (Not applicable to built in appliances, price on request). A price would then be quoted for a given job, and you, the customer, would then advise accordingly.

Can you buy spares from us?

Yes. Common spares are kept in stock, and can even be delivered within our local area, special orders would require a deposit.
Parts can also be delivered by post, although payment can only be made by cheque, postal order, or BACS payment. I`m afraid we do not accept credit or debit cards. A cheque payment would therefore be required to clear before a part could be despatched.

Can you buy new or reconditioned machines from us?

Reconditioned machines we do not sell. The reduction in the price of new appliances makes the sale of quality refurbished machines less attractive and un-economical.
