All of our repairs carry either a 6 or 12 months parts and labour written guarantee. We try and only fit Genuine spare parts, unless no longer available. They are priced on a per call basis, not on time duration. You therefore know what you are paying ,up front, before work is carried out.

Call Out and Diagnosis Charges

We do not have a call out / diagnosis charge on accepted quotes. Charges only apply if we do not carry out a repair, for example, if the appliance was found to be too old, or to repair it would be un-economical. We will discuss the problem over the phone, before we pay you a visit, to try and give an estimate as to what the cost of the repair might be.

If, however, we do call out, and not repair your appliance, the charge will be between £45.00 and £65.00, depending on the appliance type, (freestanding or integrated), the installation, and the distance from us in our caption area. At our discretion, we may reduce the charge of a call out if a new appliance is ordered instead of a repair. No V.A.T. Is added to this charge or any of our repairs.
